To start, sift the flour: this allows the product to absorb oxygen, resulting in an airy and tender texture for the finished muffin. Also, leave the butter at room temperature. Instead of using the whole stick, measure the required amount and place it in a silicone baking mold on the table

Mix the egg with the sugar: you can whisk it by hand if you find it inconvenient to use a mixer. Now, gently add the butter and continue to mix. You should aim for a creamy consistency, and while you can beat it to a foam if desired, a uniform mixture will suffice

Add the baking powder to the flour, along with vanilla sugar or vanilla extract, and mix it into the egg-butter mixture along with milk

For baking, take a silicone cup or mold, grease it with butter, and leave it at room temperature for about 5 minutes. The muffin will rise and expand by half its size in the microwave, so only fill the mold halfway

Now, add a piece or two of chocolate inside: gently press it into the center of the muffin batter, and if necessary, add a teaspoon of the batter on top. You can also add nuts or coconut flakes to the chocolate filling, depending on your preferences and the size of the mold

The microwave’s power for baking the muffin should not exceed 600 watts. However, modern devices often have slightly higher power levels, so depending on your microwave, bake for about 1.5 to 3 minutes

It’s best to let the finished chocolate muffin cool slightly. Such muffins are high in calories, so their advantage is that they are small in size
