Method of preparation

Take a baking dish with high sides and arrange the cherries on the bottom, sprinkling them with sugar – 50 grams should be enough. Let it infuse for half an hour

Sift the wheat flour at least twice, add salt, vanilla, freshly grated lemon zest, and the remaining sugar

Beat the eggs. Make a well in the flour mixture and pour in the beaten eggs, stirring until you have a homogeneous consistency

Add sour cream to the batter, followed by milk. Mix well

Pour the prepared batter over the infused berries

Bake the dessert in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30-40 minutes
