On January 27, 2022, every seat in the small hall of the M. Gorky Palace of Culture was occupied. A lively and interesting conversation with the participation of the Chairman of the Standing Committee on Education, Culture, and Science of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, Igor Alexandrovich Marzalyuk, the Chairperson of the Labor, Employment, and Social Protection Committee of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee, Tamara Petrovna Krasovskaya, and the Director of the enterprise, Vladimir Vladimirovich Miranovich, about the amendments proposed to the Constitution, left no one indifferent. For about two hours after the working day, people discussed the issues that cannot be ignored because they concern everyone: family, historical memory, youth, the status of veterans, social responsibility, and more.
