Running like an Italian
There is an Italian expression “cucinare uno ciabatta,” which literally translates to “cook a ciabatta,” but in essence, it’s similar to the Russian saying “make legs.” Ciabatta bread is the most famous type of Italian bread. Its classic composition includes:
Wheat
Yeast

A hallmark of Russia – rye bread. It has been known since the times of Ancient Rus. It is believed to have been a staple of the peasant diet, but some varieties were also present on the tables of the nobility. There are several types:

Otherwise, monastery bread is made from a mixture of flour and malt and it doesn’t become stale quickly

Any housewife can buy rye flour and bake black bread. Black bread is healthy, but it contains a lot of carbohydrates, so it’s not recommended for daily consumption.
