Method of preparation

First, you need to sift the flour to remove any impurities and aerate it for better texture in the final product

It’s better to crush the nuts: part of the mass should be finely crushed, and part should remain as larger pieces to enhance the overall texture of the cookies

Make sure the butter is at room temperature, so take it out of the refrigerator in advance. Beat the sugar and butter until you have a creamy mixture. Add honey and mix thoroughly

Separate the eggs: beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form separately from the yolks. Add the yolks to the honey mixture, followed by the beaten egg whites. Mix well

Combine the baking powder, cinnamon, and sifted flour. Add the crushed nuts as well. Gradually add this flour mixture to the cookie dough and mix with a large spoon. The dough should be soft, elastic, and uniform
