Method of preparation

Dough: In a small saucepan, mix sugar, vegetable oil, honey, and water until you have a homogeneous mixture. Let it cool slightly, then add baking soda, cocoa, baking powder, and spices: cinnamon, ground cloves, and coriander. Gradually add the sifted flour, stirring thoroughly. The dough should have a thick sour cream-like consistency

Filling: Add raisins and walnuts to the prepared dough, then knead until uniform

Baking: Transfer the honey cake mixture to an oiled baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) for 40-50 minutes

Once the honey cake is ready, allow it to cool, then dust it with powdered sugar. Serve and enjoy! The dish is ready!
