Kefir (3.2% fat content is recommended)

250 ml

Chicken eggs

Sunflower oil

160 ml

Vanilla sugar

Baking powder

Method of preparation

To start, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius

Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until it forms a white foam

Gradually add sunflower oil and kefir to the mixture and stir until it becomes a uniform mixture

Add sifted wheat flour with a leavening agent to the mixture and mix thoroughly

Spoon the prepared batter into a baking pan and bake for 15-20 minutes

Serve the kefir cakes, garnished with melted chocolate icing or powdered sugar. The dish is ready!

You don’t need to grease silicone molds with oil in advance, but if you’re using metal ones, use butter for greasing
