Baking soda

Beat eggs and sugar until completely dissolved
Add semolina, baking soda, kefir, and melted butter to the mixture and mix
Then add the flour
Let the dough “rest” for about 15 minutes
Grease a baking dish with butter
Pour the Mannik dough into the dish and bake for 30-40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius until golden brown
