Button mushrooms

Onion

Cheese

Method of preparation

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for the festive tartlets. Rinse the mushrooms and also rinse the chicken fillet. Peel the onion

Boil the chicken breast in a pot of salted water until cooked. It’s better to let the meat cool in the broth, so the fillet will be juicy. After cooling, finely slice the fillet

Dice the onion and mushrooms into small cubes. Grate the cheese using a medium grater

In a skillet with vegetable oil, sauté the onion and mushrooms until golden brown

Add the sautéed onion and mushrooms to the chicken breast, along with the sour cream, salt, and pepper. Cover with a lid and let it simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese, turn off the heat, cover again to allow the cheese to melt

Thoroughly mix the prepared filling and spoon it into the tartlet shells. Place thinly sliced tomato rounds on top. Place the tartlets in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake for 10-15 minutes. Once the tomatoes are roasted, the appetizer is ready. Transfer the tartlets from the baking sheet to a serving dish and let them cool slightly. Serve warm, and you can garnish with herbs before serving
