Chicken eggs

3 + 1 for greasing

Baking soda

0,5 of teaspoon

Poppy

Method of preparation

Prepare all the necessary ingredients and take them out of the refrigerator to bring them to room temperature

Mix condensed milk with eggs, add baking soda, and salt. Mix thoroughly

Sift the flour and add it to the mixture. Knead the dough for the bagels

Divide the dough into several portions, roll them into logs

Divide each log into 6-7 portions, roll out ropes from them, and connect the opposite ends to make a bagel

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the prepared bagels on it

Brush each bagel with egg and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake the pastries for 15-20 minutes
