For the filling

Cottage cheese with at least 5% fat content

500 g

Cream with at least 30% fat content

300 – 400 ml

Sugar powder

Method of preparation

Prepare the choux rings: take a medium-sized saucepan

Mix milk with water. Once the mixture starts heating, add butter, sugar, salt, and bring to a complete dissolution of the ingredients

When the mixture begins to boil, add sifted flour and quickly stir the dough for another 5 minutes

Then remove the resulting mass from the heat and transfer it to a mixing bowl. Beat the mixture with eggs, adding them one at a time

After kneading, the dough becomes smooth and thick

Prepare the base for the rings for baking: preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line it with parchment paper

Transfer the dough to a pastry bag and shape the rings on a baking sheet

Bake for 20-30 minutes

While the rings are baking, prepare the creamy filling:

Sift the cottage cheese through a sieve for extra airiness

Then whip the cottage cheese, cream, powdered sugar, and salt into a cream. Transfer the cream to a pastry bag

After the rings are done, let them cool

Then fill the pastries with the cottage cheese filling

To do this, make five holes at the bottom of each ring, using a narrow nozzle

Garnish the finished pastries with powdered sugar and add a bunch of berries for brightness
