Cottage cheese with at least 5% fat content

250 g

Eggs

Sugar

3 – 4 tablespoons

Baking soda

1 teaspoon

Vinegar

for extinguishing soda

Vegetable oil

0,5 – 1 l

Sugar powder

for decorating

Method of preparation

Sift the cottage cheese through a fine sieve, add the eggs, and mix

Then add sugar, sifted flour, and baking soda dissolved in vinegar

Knead the dough well for 5 minutes

Roll out the dough into a 6-millimeter thick layer

Shape the cottage cheese puffs: cut out circles of dough using a glass

Prepare a saucepan with a diameter of 20 centimeters or a deep frying pan and fill it with sunflower oil so that the depth is at least 7 centimeters

Start frying the puffs by carefully placing them into the preheated oil

Fry until golden brown on both sides

When the dessert is ready, place it on a paper towel to remove excess oil

Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar and garnish with berries
