Cottage cheese with low fat content

Vanilla sugar

Method of preparation

Prepare all the necessary ingredients so that they are at room temperature

Start with the dough: grate the butter on a grater or cut it into small cubes, add sifted flour and sugar

Rub the dough by hand into fine crumbs or use a fork

Let the dough rest, meanwhile, prepare the cottage cheese filling

Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar. You can use a mixer to make the mixture uniform

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit)

Line a suitable baking dish with parchment paper

Divide the resulting dough into 3 parts (for layers) and the filling into 2

Start layering the dough and filling, repeating until everything is used up

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake the vatrushka for 1 hour
