Prepare the ingredients: mix the flour with salt and sift it twice

Then, gradually add kefir and knead the dough: it should be dense, elastic, and not stick to your hands. Form the mass into a ball and leave it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes

this, place parchment paper on a baking sheet, grease it with butter,
and then roll out the dough into a circle with a thickness of no more
than half a centimeter

Place the filling in the center, leaving 3 centimeters to the edges. Fold the edges, leaving the center open

Bake the berry galette in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (356
