Ingredients

Soup cream

250 ml

Margarine

250 g

Baking soda

1 pinch

Sugar

50 – 70 g

Sugar powder

Method of preparation

Chop the margarine with the flour

Mix sour cream with baking soda and sugar, then pour it into the flour mixture with margarine. Knead the dough and divide it into 4 parts. Place it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes

Roll out each part thinly and cut it into triangles

Roll from the wide end to the narrow end to create a croissant shape. Place them on a baking sheet greased with margarine. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes

Remove from the oven, let them cool, and sprinkle with powdered sugar
