To start, prepare the base of the cake: make pancake batter. For a rich flavor, make chocolate pancakes by adding 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder to the flour mixture. Gradually add water and mix

To make the cream: take softened butter and mix it with powdered sugar until you have a homogeneous mixture. Add mascarpone cheese (or another cream cheese) and vanilla extract to the mixture. *To achieve an airy cream texture, use a mixer

Once all the components of the dessert are ready, assemble the cake: place the pancakes on a serving plate and spread each one with the delicious mascarpone cream. Repeat until you reach the desired cake height. Cover the top of the pancake cake with the cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate
